 1. What is it going to cost me?  I asked Jeff the other night.  “What is your number one question by your customers”  He said “What is it going to cost me?”   This is a great question, especially in todays market.  There is so much hype around.  How can they get you to sign on the dotted line?  We don’t pressure our prospects and we have an excellent price per opening.  Our goal is one thing to have our customers give us a thumbs up.  So this question is by far our favorite as well.  We have zero hidden costs in our window installs.  We don’t hire sales staff to knock your door – we are owner operated which is a huge savings for each every customer.

2. Who Does Your Installs? This is the second biggest question. The answer to this question effects the cost as well. We don’t subcontract out our work, which is an extra cost for window replacements.  Who comes to your door for a consultation is whom does our installs.  The owner is the person you meet and the person that you rely on to get the job complete.   This enables us to pass a considerable savings to our customers.  Some of our competitors will argue that if you pay less you get less? 3. What is Low-E Glass?    Low-E Glass – Two layers of silver coating reflect heat back to its source. 4. What is Solar Heat Gain?  It is how much heat created by the sun warms up a given space.  The lower the solar heat the better a product is blocking unwanted heat gain. Replacement Windows is particularly important during the summer months.

5. What is U-Factor? U-factor measures how well a product prevents heat from escaping a home or building?  It ranges generally between .20 and 1.20 the lower the U-factor the better the product is keeping heat in.

6. How much will I save on my Utility Bills?  This is a common replacement window question and is considered hype within the Replacement Window Industry. This question cannot be answered.   We can’t tell you how much you will save on your utility bills?  However, I can tell you that I have had customers tell me that they have seen a difference immediately.

7. What about Wood Rot?  This is an important question when considering replacement windows. Yes we replace wood rot with PVC and/or non rot material.  It looks like real wood brick mold, window sill ect.  We don’t charge extra to take out Wood Rot unless there is extensive damage.
